Free shipping on every US order, with no minimum. You'll see $0.00 shipping at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time (contiguous United States)

  • Toiletry Organizer, Foldable Return Trip Bag, Tech Organizer Case, 7-Piece Packing System: 7–15 business days in total (processing + transit)
  • Vacuum Travel System (contains a rechargeable battery pump): 9–17 business days in total (processing + transit)

These are real carrier transit windows, not marketing estimates. Some orders arrive sooner; a few take the full window, especially around holidays or customs spot-checks.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll look into it with you.

Lithium battery notice: Vacuum Travel System

The Vacuum Travel System includes a rechargeable lithium-ion pump. Because of carrier safety rules for battery shipments:

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a street address.
  • This item ships by ground/surface courier only, which is part of why its delivery window is longer.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders shipped within the US are not subject to import duties.
